How do I request a quote?
You can upload your artwork or project specs through our website or email us directly at info@rittersprinting.com. Please include details like size, quantity, paper type, number of sides, finishing options, and due date.
What file types do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, INDD, JPEG files.
How should I set up my file?
For the best results, set files to CMYK color mode, 300 dpi, and include ⅛” bleed on all sides. If you’re not sure your file is print ready, our prepress team can help.
How do I upload my artwork?
Go to rittersprinting.com and click on “Send a file”. You do not need to login in to send a file but please also email us at info@rittersprinting.com to alert us you are sending files.
Can Ritter’s check my artwork before printing?
Yes. Every job goes through a preflight check to confirm color, fonts, and layout accuracy. We’ll provide a digital or printed proof for approval before production.
How do you ensure color accuracy?
Color consistency is our promise. We use advanced color calibration to match Pantone or custom brand colors precisely, across every printed piece.
What finishing options do you offer?
We finish in-house for full quality control and faster turnaround. Options include UV coating, soft touch, matte and gloss lamination, foiling, embossing, diecutting, binding, and folding. Specialty finishes help your piece feel as good as it looks.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Most digital print jobs are completed within a few days. Offset and multi-step projects may take longer depending on volume and finishing. If you’re on a tight deadline, let us know…we’re known for delivering when others can’t.

Yes. Ritter’s is a one stop print and mail resource. We can address, tab, insert, and deliver your project to the post office.
