Although we can use many types of list formats: Excel, csv, txt, dbf, we prefer excel or csv. The lists should be columnar formatted with names parsed: First – Middle – Last. Company should be in a separate column. Street address should have a single or dual column with an apartment number or unit number optionally in the 2nd column. City, State and Zip codes should be separated out each into their own column. Following this format will maximize the deliverable addresses and prevent unnecessary data loss.
