Steve has over 30 years experience in the Graphic Communications industry. Currently serving in the role of President, Steve is responsible for all technology-based solutions for Ritter’s, and our clients. He handles management and long-term strategic planning.
Roz has worked at Ritter’s for 33 years and currently serves as head of the estimating department. She is involved in all areas of the business and is a specialist in graphics and digital variable data. Roz is a graduate of Le Moyne College and a member and former President of the Rotary Club of Pompano Beach.
Mike has over 30 years of experience in the Graphic Communications industry. He is a graduate of Florida International University, has served as President of the local Rotary Club, and was on the Board of Directors for the Florida Direct Marketing Association (FDMA). He is also a graduate of Leadership Ft. Lauderdale. As a professional Print Consultant, Michael has helped numerous clients work smarter, more efficiently and more profitably.
Bill joined the Ritter’s Team in 2005 and serves as our Direct Mail Manager. With his knowledge of postal regulations and determination to “get the mail out”, he has brought enthusiasm and tenacity to the mail department which has grown dramatically since his arrival. Bill has been a board member of the USPS Postal Customer Council for 10 years. Under his leadership, Ritter’s became the first Fort Lauderdale based mailer to go “Seamless”, streamlining mail entry and lowering costs.
